The DG-40G-LR-SM1310 is a multirate, high-speed optical transceiver designed for 40 Gigabit Ethernet (40GbE)applications. Utilizing four full-duplex lanes, each capable of transmitting data at 10Gbps, it achieves an aggregated data rate of 40Gbps over a single MPO/APC 8-degree connector.

Built for long-reach interconnectivity, this QSFP+ PSM4 module operates over G.652 single-mode fiber (SMF) and extends transmission distances up to 10km. It is fully compliant with SFF-8436 QSFP+ standards and supports key protocols like InfiniBand SDR/DDR/QDR, OC-192, OTU1e, OTU2, OTU2e, OTU3, and Fibre Channel (2G/4G/8G/10G).

With a low power consumption of <3.5W, hot-pluggable functionality, and digital diagnostics monitoring (DDM), the SPT-QSFP+MLR4 provides a cost-effective, energy-efficient solution for high-density, high-speed networking environments.
